The Care Profiler is a questionnaire that assesses your unique approach to working in healthcare settings. It is a valid and reliable measure of personality as it applies to the working environment. The Care Profiler will take you between 15 and 20 minutes to complete.
Please keep in mind that your first response to a question is likely the most appropriate and accurate response for you. The Care Profiler is a sophisticated measure of personality and has been developed to distinguish honest and consistent responding from highly favorable and dishonest response patterns. It is to your benefit to answer honestly; no single question on the Care Profiler is more weighted than another.
While many items on the Care Profiler may appear similar, no two questions are identical. Rather, it is your overall pattern of responding to similar items that determines your unique personality as it applies to your approach to working in healthcare settings.
